With over 19 years of experience as an award-winning marketer and business coach, Christine Ng is the driving force behind Why Ventures, a Singapore-founded initiative dedicated to transformative, hands-on education.
As a former Chief Digital Officer, Christine’s remarkable career spans diverse industries, including broadcast media, fashion, beauty, and manufacturing, across multiple countries. Her ability to navigate and thrive in complex, competitive environments is the cornerstone of her success. Her most notable achievement includes leading the digital transformation & acceleration journeys at Forbes 500 giants like Nestlé and L'Oréal.
After leaving the corporate world, Christine has been assisting c-suites as an executive coach, moulding young minds as an adjunct lecturer and has been invited as a guest speaker at various panels. She is passionate about people and grooming their success is a personal pursuit of her own.

With over two decades of experience in the education and enrichment industry, Shaun Ng serves as the Head of Trainers at Why Ventures—a Singapore-founded initiative focused on transformative, hands-on learning.
A passionate educator and former education entrepreneur, Shaun’s dynamic career spans across education, performing arts, events management, and even the crypto space.
Renowned for his ability to simplify complex concepts and design effective curricula for learners of all ages, Shaun has developed programs for over 52 schools across Singapore. He has collaborated with leading organizations such as MindChamps and The Learning Lab on curriculum development, and continues to contribute actively to educational and charitable initiatives.
Driven by a belief in equal access to education, Shaun envisions a future where learning is a level playing field for all.
